Summer is seriously winding down, and it is depressing! Where did the time go?! I feel like I just got home from another year at school, getting settled living at home again, and starting my internship with Y100. Its been an interesting summer, with its fair share of ups and downs. Living at home for the first time in 3 years has been quite the adjustment, and believe me, I am excited about gettting back to school and living on my own again!! If you have a fun summer story, send it our way! Maybe you'll end up on "Your Life on Y"!

In 2 few weeks, my friends and I are moving into an apartment in Gainesville, where we will be seniors at UF (Go Gators!). This should be an interesting move because we are bringing up all of our own furniture. How silly, when we easily could have found a furnished place for the same price or a little more. Either way, two of us live in Ft.Lauderdale, and the other in Miami. There’s been so much drama already trying to get all of our parents schedules and our own coordinated and set to when we can rent a van and get up there… How we’re going to get all her stuff from Miami to Ft.Lauderdale to Gainesville, who’s going to pay for the van, for the gas, for all the common furniture in the living room and kitchen.. Wish me luck, I think I’m going to need it!!!!
Next Food Network Star!

I am OBSESSED with Food Network. This Sunday, July 27th, is the FINALE of Next Food Network Star. I've been watching all summer long, and last week was definitely a surprise when they didn't kick anyone off. Now, going into the final week, there's going to be 3 contestants instead of the usual 2. It should be quite the showdown! If anyone has been watching, I was shocked to see Kelsey get kicked off last last week.. She was so cute! Aaron should have been gone a long long time ago, but for some reason, he is still around. Adam is awesome, I would definitely watch if he got his own show. I think though, that Lisa is going to win the entire thing. She has the most background knowledge and business smarts of anyone left. We'll see if I'm right next week!!
