Residents of Memphis, Tennessee are breaking out their bow ties in honor of "Justin Timberlake Day." The honor comes ahead of the pop star's performance at the FedExForum tonight as part of his 20/20 Experience World Tour. Bow ties were distributed at the official press conference Monday to honor Justin's hit "Suit & Tie" and Memphis residents everywhere are being encouraged to wear their favorite bow tie as part of the celebration. In declaring the day "Justin Timberlake Day," Memphis Mayor AC Wharton said it was to honor the Memphis native's "enduring legacy of Memphis music." Timberlake will be performing before a live television audience at the American Music Awards next Sunday. He's also among the nominee leaders with five nominations. ABC will televise the 2013 American Music Awards on Sunday, November 24th, starting at 8:00 pm Eastern.
LOVE THIS. Rihanna backstage showing her Twerking skills. Miley just lost her crown of Twerking queen.
Cute video with a lil girl trying to sing Royals...but she forgot the words slightly. I can't be mad at her... I make up my own words all the time.
Lawrence Lee Spillers recorded the video with a camera attached to his motorcycle helmet Sunday afternoon and posted it on YouTube. The video quickly reached Montgomery Police Department officials.
The five-minute video starts out with Spillers and the uniformed officer stopped at a red light on Eastern Boulevard in Montgomery.
Spillers asks the officer if he wants to race. "I got turbo," the unidentified officer responds.
That's when the light turns green and the two take off.
The officer resigned and could face charges.
WOW....this reminds me of home in Pennsylvania. There are a lot of farmers there, and NO my family are not farmers for the record.
