Earlier this morning off the California Highway 405, A photog was struck by another car and killed while attempting to snap shots of the Biebs in his white Ferrari. The photographer believed he had a big story cooking as he claims Bieber and another passenger were smoking marijuana while driving the exotic car. Justin Bieber's Rep claim the story was false and not even driving the white Ferrari.
