If you are a prize winner:
1. Winners who have won prizes ON-AIR by calling the studio hotlines will be advised as to how to claim prize or will be told that they will receive a call from Y promotions at a later date. If a winner needs any additional information they are instructed to call promotions at 954-862-3285.
Online & Text Message contest prize winners will be notified via phone by the Y100 Promotions Dept. and be given similar instructions on how to claim your prize. ALL Prizes are picked up at our studios.
2. You will have to come to the Y100 offices during normal business hours (M - F from 9am - 6pm) to pick-up your prize. *The Y100 business/promotions office is not open on weekends and holidays.
3. Please bring one form of picture identification (required).
**If you are under the age of 18, you must have a parent or legal guardian accompany you to pick up your prize**
4. The receptionist will greet you and have you fill out and sign a standard prize sheet, release form and W9 if necessary.
5. Winners are allowed to win once every 30 days on Y100.

Directions to Y100
Take the University Drive Exit off Florida's Turnpike; go straight through the light (at University) onto Riviera Boulevard, and drive until you see the Clear Channel building. Park and come inside.
From Miami
Take I-95 North to the Golden Glades Interchange and take the exit for Florida Turnpike North...
From Florida Turnpike Northbound
Take the Turnpike North past Pro Player Stadium and take exit 4X -- "Homestead" · The exit ramp forks just before the toll plaza … take the fork for NW 27th Ave. South/University Dr. North and follow exit to the light at University Drive (it curves 180 degrees to the right). · Go forward through the light, crossing University Drive. That road is our road, Riviera Blvd.
From Florida Turnpike Southbound
Take the Turnpike South past the Hollywood exit and take exit 47 – “Homestead” · The exit ramp forks just before the toll plaza ... take the fork for NW 27th Ave. South/University Dr. North and follow exit to the light at University Drive (it curves 180 degrees to the right). · Go forward through the light, crossing University Drive. That road is our road, Riviera Blvd.
