It turns out that, other than Orlando Bloom and Katy's OBGYN, Harry Styles was the first to know about the "Dark Horse" singer's baby bump news.
The Mirror, U.K. reported on Katy's recent British radio interview:
“I saw him on a plane before I announced that I was pregnant. We were having a conversation and I was like: 'Yeah and I'm pregnant,' just like off the cuff.”
