Dr. Dre, Taylor Swift, and Beyoncé: The Highest Paid Musicians In 2010s

While Taylor Swift may have been the highest paid woman of this year, she's also the highest paid woman of the past decade. But one music act is the only one to top the pop star and he did so by securing that $3B buyout of his Beats headphones company, and that's Dr. Dre.

Sitting atop the Forbes List of Top Paid Music Acts of 2010s (which includes Jay-Z, Beyoncé, Lady Gaga, Katy Perry, and Diddy, all over $500M) is the west coast producer turned mogul with $950M total, which is crazy cause he only released one album this past decade and did not tour it much.

Interestingly enough, the only other act that would have topped Dr. Dre on this list would've been Michael Jackson as he posthumously grossed well over $2B this past decade following his death in 2009.
